So I fixed a bag of the Sam Mills 100% Corn Fusilli Pasta the other night. I cooked the pasta, drained it, then put it back into the pan. I added diced tomatoes that I seasoned and had heating on another burner while the pasta was cooking. I let it get warmed through. We had it for dinner and it was really yummy! The pasta tasted like corn, but wasn't so overpowering that all you could taste was corn.
If I find more of this pasta (especially for $1.60 a bag), I'll be stocking up.
It would make a great cold pasta salad for when it's supposed to be 100F+ here within the next few days.
